Working Principle

The working principle of the hydraulic telescopic cylinder is that when the hydraulic pump supplies oil to the cylinder, the first single stage cylinder begins to work and the piston rod extends. As the fluid flows and the pressure passes, the subsequent single-stage cylinders also begin to work, thus significantly increasing the total stroke of the multistage cylinder. When the oil supply direction changes or the oil supply stops, the oil in the cylinder returns back, and the piston rods at all levels are retracted in turn to complete the contraction process of the cylinder.

Application

Hydraulic telescopic cylinders are widely used in a kinds of mechanical equipment requiring large stroke and high load capacity, including but not limited to:

Construction machinery: dump truck, excavator, loader, bulldozer, etc.

Metallurgical Equipment: Rolling mills, continuous casting machines, straightening machines, etc.

Marine Equipment: Ship steering gear, marine lifting machines, ship cranes, etc.

Product Features

Large stroke: By connecting multiple single-stage cylinders in series, the hydraulic telescopic cylinder can achieve a large stroke to meet the needs of specific applications. High load capacity: The telescopic cylinder is designed to allow multiple single-stage cylinders to share the load, thus enhancing the overall load capacity of the system. Good stability: the reasonable structure design of the telescopic oil cylinder ensures its stability and reliability in the working process.
