Working Principle

Oil Supply: When hydraulic oil enters the cylinder through the inlet, the pressure of the oil acts on the piston, pushing it in one direction.
Piston Movement: As the piston has two rods, they move outward or inward simultaneously, ensuring the balance and stability of the cylinder.
Oil Return: When the oil is discharged from the outlet, the piston moves in the opposite direction, enabling the cylinder to work bidirectionally.

Application

Steel and Metallurgy: Equipment such as cold rolling mills, hot rolling mills, and plate rolling machines benefit from its sturdy and durable structure, effectively improving work efficiency.

Paper Industry: It ensures smooth operation during pulp making and papermaking processes.

Machine Tool Industry: It supports collaborative equipment such as punch presses, presses, threading machines, and CNC machine tools, ensuring efficient and stable operation.

Agricultural Machinery: It controls components such as motors, discs, and scrapers in equipment like tractors and combine harvesters.

Construction: It controls heavy-duty machinery in large-scale bridge construction projects.

Mining Industry: It plays a crucial role in large mining equipment, exhibiting high load-bearing capacity and collision resistance.

Product Features

Stable Structure: Due to the presence of two piston rods, the cylinder operates more stably, reducing the impact of unbalanced forces.

Balanced Thrust: The equal force exerted by the two piston rods results in a more balanced thrust of the cylinder.

Long Lifespan: The double-rod design reduces the size of unbalanced forces, making the cylinder's structure more stable and extending its service life.

Strong Applicability: It is suitable for heavy-duty machinery requiring efficient continuous operation and strong load-bearing capacity.
